Sunset Cruise Date

We went on a boat cruise; just like a cruise around the harbor not a real vacation one (I wish though). Some friends in the ward own two boats and do a crabbing adventure and boat cruises here on the island. We got to attend a sunset one about two weeks ago. We had such a great time. It was a nice relaxing evening, perfect weather, and perfect company. We had dolphins swim right up to the edge of the boat. I’ve been on plenty of dolphin cruises and still have never had them so close. Had we not been so high up, we could have reach down and pet them kind of close.

I learned a lot about the island I hadn’t known before, like how when the toll road was first built there was no law in SC saying you had to stop and pay, so people just went through all the time. Unfortunately, there is a law for it now and we have to pay every time. I also learned that the navy has trained dolphins to find sea mines using their sonar capabilities. How cool is that!?

Okay, see that funny boat that has a birdcage looking thing on it. That is acutally an Ice Cream station for those who want a treat out on the water. Although,  no one knows how he keeps it cold.
