Does everyone one remember the big tornado outbreak a few months back. It was crazy! Nick’s parents live just south of Atlanta and his mom told us it was the first time she really thought they would have a tornado cross their path. Luckily, the closest a tornado came was about 20 miles away from them. Still close though. Nick and I went to visit just days after it all happened and crossed three different tornado paths on our way to see them; all within about 45 minutes. We only took pictures of the one that was the most noticeable. The other two were more in open fields a bit harder to get picture of as we drove by.

And then the tornado’s path. It is so weird to me how everything seems fine and normal then suddenly destruction. Then almost as quickly as it came it’s gone and everything is fine again. It's especially weird to see in neighborhoods where one house is gone and the one right next to it is just fine. |
Also, on the way to Nick's parents there is this fun Barbie display. I guess it changes but is mainly known for its first reenactment, a Barbie beach party. When we went by it this time it was the Royal Wedding complete with signs telling us where to park and to keep quiet. So funny.

Isn't it crazy how much a tornado changes everything in a matter of seconds or minutes?! We had a tornado about a 1/4 mile from my house back in 2004 and it looked almost just like your pictures you posted! That is too funny about the Barbie Wedding, too!
