And now for the unsolicited advice from Aunt Vicki: never, NEVER leave baby alone with the dog...even the nicest, well-trained dog will bite if frightened, pinched, or poked. Ask Sarah about it (she got too close to my Mom's dog and got a bite on her 2-year-old face).
I know. We don't, especially since Bailey doesn't seem to have that part of the family instinct toward Ladybug yet. Bailey doesn't really like to go near her though so that helps and she knows she's not to go on or in any baby things (even to get her balls). It's funny to find her laying at the edge of the activity mat staring at it because her ball has rolled onto it. Ladybug also managed to grab her muzzle this month and held pretty good. We were right there and caught it, we could tell Bailey wanted free but she wasn't biting. I'm glad we used to sit and pull, poke and pinch her and told her she was never allowed to bite us during it.
Brittney also got me on the cheek when we first got her and I crawled in her pin.
she is so darling! Enjoy!
