Baby Bump Diaries: Week 31

How far along?:  31.4

Total weight gain/loss: 16 – I know I was doing so well then we ate out for three weeks straight with the move (that was a good then pounds) and then the holidays. I need to get back to eating our normal healthy way and get back to working out every day. Yes I know I need to gain some for her but I still think some of that was due to the change in eating habits/lack of working out.

Showing yet?: Oh, yes! I wish I had kept this up so I could show in pictures when I really started to show but it was about Thanks Giving that I popped out.

Gender:
Girl

Movement: Oh there’s lots of it. I am used to what it looks like when she kicks and jabs but for the first time last week I was starting at my stomach as she full on moved. It looked so weird!!! I’m getting so used to feeling her I wonder what it’s going to be like when she’s born and I get my body to myself again.

Morning Sickness?: Oh no, done with that. Although maybe once every few weeks I have a night of not feeling good but I can usually attribute it to lack of eating protein that day or something.

Food cravings: Pizza, chocolate ice cream, churros, cereal, raspberries (lol, I think all food aversions I once had are now my cravings)

Food aversions: Yea, no

Moods: Easily change from sad, to mad, to happy then repeat, just depends on the day. Generally I’m okay though.

Best moment this week: We put her crib together and are working on the rocker

Miss anything: My shoes. My feet have decided to swell all the sudden, badly, so I no longer fit into any of my shoes. Even last, night my flip flops were tighter.

Labor Signs:
Nope

Belly Button in or out? In and still pretty deep
Wedding rings on or off?
Depends on the day, some days I can where them some days I’m just too puffy, especially if I forget to drink enough water.
Looking forward to this week:
I think we are going to take a birthing class this week and tour the hospital (if I remember to call about it) so that should be fun.
